Is my credit card information secure online?
Yes, we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to ensure that the information is safe from anyone trying to intercept it. For additional security information, please visit our Privacy Policy.


What credit cards can I use to purchase products?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Paypal is not accepted.


Can I return my Fraiche purchase?
We hope that you will be pleased with your order. If you are unsatisfied, please notify us in writing, by email at customerservice@myfraiche.com within 10 days of receipt of your order before mailing. Please indicate your name, email address, daytime phone number and order number, along with reason for the return. Customer Service will contact you within one business day.

You may also contact our Customer Service department at 800.617.5050. Our team is available Monday through Thursday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. CST and Friday 9 a.m. – Noon CST.

When you return your order to us, it should be wrapped in the same packaging in which you received it, and be returned to us in the same condition as you received it. For hygienic reasons, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on any opened or used product.

You will receive a return authorization (RA) number by a Customer Service representative. Please write the RA number on the outside packing slip.

Additionally, packages must be returned via an insured courier (UPS, FedEx, USPS Parcel Post). Please keep a copy of your shipment receipt in case the package is damaged or lost in transit. Fraiche cannot guarantee credit for your return without confirmation of delivery to us. Fraiche does not pay for postage to return items you have ordered.

All orders will be processed and dispatched within 2 business days (unless next-day delivery is requested), subject to payment card authorization and stock availability.

Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays. Delivery times and processing fees are subject to change and will be determined at time of order, subject to the following delivery options outlined below:

Delivery charges within U.S. (contiguous 48 states)

Standard Delivery: $8.50
Your order should arrive in 3 - 7 business days from dispatch.

Express Delivery: $17.00
Your order should arrive 2 - 3 days from dispatch. Orders must be placed before Noon CST between Monday and Thursday.

Priority Delivery: $25.00
Your order should arrive 1 - 2 days from dispatch. Orders must be placed before Noon CST between Monday and Thursday.

Delivery to U.S. outer regions (Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico)

Charges will be determined for any destination outside the 48 contiguous
states. Please call to place order.
